DeLay joined the Montana Tech family as Chief of Staff in 2021. She was the education, support, and advocacy manager for the Northwest region of the Crohn’s and Colitis Foundation for 15 months during 2019 and 2020. Before that, she spent 17 years working in various communications and public relations offices at Montana State University and with MSU Extension. Jodie has a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and a Master of Health Administration degree.
