The Sherry Lesar School of Nursing at Montana Tech is a CCNE-accredited program recognized as a top BSN nursing school in Montana (Niche.com, 2027). Students complete nearly 1,000 hours of clinical and hands-on learning, training in state-of-the-art facilities including the Lesar Family Nursing Simulation Center, the first and only simulation center in Montana to earn the INACSL Healthcare simulation standards endorsement™. With direct-entry opportunities for high-achieving Montana students, strong career placement, engaged faculty and more than 35 clinical affiliates, Montana Tech prepares graduates for successful nursing careers across Montana and the nation.

Montana Tech is one of only two publicly funded nursing programs in Montana to offer a pre-licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN).
This 18-credit minor focuses on health care ethics, delivery, systems, medical recordkeeping, and data integration and exchange.
