Karen VanDaveer is Dean of Highlands College. She began her career as Director of Nursing in 1989 and remained in that position until June 2021, when she was named Dean of Highlands College. VanDaveer holds a Bachelor of Science in Nursing and a Master’s in Nursing from Montana State University.
