LLC at Montana Tech
The Living Learning Center (LLC) is Montana Tech’s newest residence hall. It opened for students in fall of 2019. The LLC is designed to provide students a more independent living lifestyle while still providing open area spaces for social interactions.

Over 60% of the rooms are single occupancy with the remainder being double room and 2 person suite single options. Each wing has 10 individual community restroom rooms which provides students with extra privacy, private study rooms and coin free laundry facilities. The two main lobbies have an open kitchen for personal and group cooking and lounge for socializing and studying. There is no shortage of spaces for students to find their comfort zone.

Best of all the LLC is also connected to the Student Success Center (SSC), which houses the offices of A.C.E. student tutoring center, academic advising, international programs, enrollment services, financial aid and the business office. The SSC provides spaces for students living in the LLC to meetup with the rest of the campus community to study in one of the many private study rooms, research in the computer labs, and socialize in front of the lobby fireplace.
