Montana Tech TRIO Upward Bound hiring overnight team leaders for summer academy

Looking for a summer job where you can make a difference, build leadership skills, and earn money?

TRIO Upward Bound at Montana Tech is hiring Overnight Team Leaders for our 2026 Summer Academy, June 11-July 17!

You'll live on campus and serve as a mentor and role model for high school students participating in our residential college-preparation program.

This unique position works evenings until the student's breakfast, providing overnight supervision, support, and guidance while helping students experience college life in a safe and positive environment.

As a Team Leader, you'll gain valuable experience in leadership, mentoring, youth development, and residential life. You'll build professional skills, strengthen your resume, and make a lasting impact on high school students from Butte and Anaconda.
