Montana Technological University’s Vice Provost and Dean of Students Dr. Joe Cooper received the Outstanding Service to the Foundation Award from the American College Personnel Association Foundation at the organization’s convention in Long Beach, California held Feb. 16-19.
“I’m grateful for this recognition, and to Montana Tech for supporting my leadership roles in ACPA,” Cooper said. “My involvement in ACPA and the ACPA Foundation contributes to the delivery of high-quality professional development offerings and the ability to provide impactful support and resources for student affairs leaders on campuses all across the globe."
The ACPA Foundation states that its mission is “to provide philanthropic support for the initiatives of ACPA College Student Educators International that generate and disseminate research and scholarship about college students and further the professional development of student affairs and student service professionals.”
Cooper has served in his current role since July 2023.
