Dr. John Ray has Paper Published
Dr. John W. Ray of Montana Technological University’s Interdisciplinary Arts and Sciences Department has had a peer reviewed paper entitled “Mathematical Reasoning and Political Learning: What Mathematical Reasoning Can Teach Us About Contemporary Political Issues” accepted for presentation at the Thirtieth International Conference on Learning to be held at and sponsored by the University of Sao Paulo, Brazil. While we don’t usually associate mathematical reasoning with our current politics, this paper argues that the fundamentals of mathematical reasoning can inform our fractured political process and serve as a guide for reform. Dr. Ray teaches class at Montana Technological University in political philosophy, ethics and political science.
