Montana Tech Copper Hill Choir Winter Concert
The Montana Tech Copper Hill Choir’s winter concert, The Great Clear Twilight and Other Tales, will be held on Sunday, December 5, 2021 at the Aldersgate United Methodist Church at 3:00 p.m. This semester’s concert will be held in conjunction with the Mining City Choral Union, and both choirs will perform 12 pieces both together and separately.
The first half will be comprised of pieces both common and obscure containing winter and holiday themes, and will primarily be sung by the Mining City Choral Union. The second half will be sung primarily by the Copper Hill Choir of Montana Tech and will contain more of a thematic variety of pieces including a sea shanty and a piece by obscure New Orleans band Acid Bath.
