ASM Materials Camp for Teachers Coming to Montana Tech

Montana Tech is partnering with the ASM Education Foundation to offer K-12 teachers a five-day professional development Materials Science camp. The camp will be held on Montana Tech’s campus from July 16-20. Teachers are provided the camp, lodging, food, and high quality take home activities and supplies for their classroom, at no charge to them. Montana OPI renewal units and Graduate School Credits are available to those who complete the camp. The content of the camp empowers teachers through easily replicated, hands-on, classroom and laboratory activities to encourage young people to pursue careers in materials, science and engineering.
