The Best College Reviews has named Montana Tech’s nursing program as one of the top 20 online RN to BSN degree programs in the nation.
Montana Tech’s nursing graduates regularly earn some of the highest NCLEX exam pass rates in the state and enjoy a 100-percent career outcomes rate with high starting salaries.
The Orediggers landed No. 19 on the list. “We are delighted to be named one of the top 20 online RN to BSN degree programs in the nation,” noted Karen VanDaveer, Director of Nursing at Montana Tech. “The Nursing Department recognizes the importance of being an intellectual leader and role model in the profession of nursing. The post-licensure program is designed to build upon the knowledge of the Registered Nurse and afford them the opportunity to continue their education and contribute to the improvement of healthcare in our local and regional communities.” Montana Tech is one of only two public universities in the state to offer a pre-licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing degree.
In determining the order of this ranking, Best College Reviews awarded points based on well-rounded nursing curriculum that is in-step with industry, awards or other noted recognition in the field, accessibility of learning materials and other resources for online RN to BSN students, tuition return-on-investment, and an additional point was awarded for features of particular distinction. In the event of a tie in points, the school with the lower tuition is ranked higher.
