Montana Tech's Online Project Management Degree Ranked A Best Value
OnlineU, the leader in affordable higher education publishing, has named Montana Tech to its list of 2016 Best Value Online Colleges for Project Management degrees. OnlineU named the 25 best value schools offering online project management degrees based on an academic strength score above 59% and annual tuitions under $24,000.
Montana Tech landed in the No. 4 spot behind Brandeis University, Mississippi State and University of Maryland – College Park. The schools in the ranking offer bachelor's, master's, doctoral, and certificate degrees, providing students with options for an academically rigorous and affordable project management degree at many levels.
“We are very pleased to gain this recognition from a third party publishing company,” noted Kumar Ganesan, head of the Environmental Engineering Department at Montana Tech. “Montana Tech’s on-line Master in Project Engineering Management (MPEM) degree was created to help working engineers and professionals earn their graduate degree without leaving their job or home. This on-line degree program started in 1999 has gained recognition from its graduates and companies alike, for its focused, intense and well-balanced curriculum. MPEM graduates are able to effectively manage major projects by virtue of their promotion into a new management position or by virtue of job demands in mining companies, oil; and gas operations, power companies, consulting companies, and government agencies.”
The rankings take a critical look at all of the online colleges who offer affordable tuition to determine which ones provide real outcomes-based results and the best overall value to their graduates.
