Workers' Memorial Day 2015 will be commemorated by the U.S. Department of Labor's Occupational Safety and Health Administration Billings Area Office with an event to remember those who have been injured or have died on the job.
"Twenty people went to work in Montana in the past five years and never came home," said Jeff Funke, OSHA's area director in Billings, Montana. "We are committed to safety and health through enforcement of common-sense standards, and the education of employers and workers on how to prevent injuries and illnesses to keep workers safe on the job."
