The annual Montana Tech Little Digger Day will be held Thursday, April 10th, at Montana Tech. Montana Tech will host over 500 students from 5 schools across western Montana. Little Digger Day is fun day designed for grade school children to visit our campus and interact with our students and professors by participating in fun activities designed to stimulate their interests in science and mathematics.
Montana Tech is proud to host the 11th annual “Little Digger Day”. Walmart is providing a free barbeque lunch for all the students and presenters along with a goody bag for each participating student. Little Digger Day was established to allow Montana Tech’s Institute for Educational Opportunities to provide a campus visit for elementary schools and engage more of the campus and community in hosting students. This is an annual event that is held in the spring. Many departments at Montana Tech and the local community have activities planned for your students. The day's schedule begins around 9 AM and cycles students through the activities in half hour workshops until 1:15 PM.
