Mine Design, Operations and Closure Conference Trade Booths
Booth Space: $700
Now is the time to make your company accessible to roughly 270 conference attendees. Use this opportunity to showcase your products and services and network with other attendees. Each booth reservation includes one free General Session registration. Any additional attendees will need to register separately. Your company logo will appear on the conference website, in the program, and on all conference signage.
Exhibit space comes with a 6-foot skirted table and access to power. A limited number of booths are available—reserve early. Breakfast, lunch, and morning and afternoon breaks will be hosted inside the exhibit area to provide as much visibility as possible for the exhibitors.
Key Dates:
- Deadline for logo/company information to be included in the program and conference signage: April 24, 2025
- Booth Set up: Monday, May 12, 2025 (after 10:00 am)
- Booth Tear Down: Thursday, May 15, 2025 (after Noon)
