Steps to Registration
Class registration for new incoming students opens in May and continues throughout the summer until the Friday before classes begin in August. Follow the steps below to complete the registration process.
1) Activate Your OrediggerWeb Account
OrediggerWeb is Montana Tech’s online student management system and is used to check your admission status, accept your financial aid, and view and pay your bill. OrediggerWeb is only available to admitted students. If you cannot login to OrediggerWeb, you have not yet been admitted.
2) Review Your Admission File
Ensure your admission file is up to date by reviewing your “application checklist” in OrediggerWeb. If we do not have your official ACT/SAT scores or MMR immunizations on file, you will not be able to register.
Immunizations can be faxed to the Enrollment Services office at 406.496.4710 or e-mailed to Enrollment Services.
3) Choose Your Registration Option
Admitted Student Day
We will be hosting two Admitted Student events this spring to give you the opportunity to come and experience campus before classes start in August. Whether you're looking to become more familiar with the campus, meet your advisor, get to know some of your fellow classmates, or just get registered for your classes, this is the perfect time to do so!
Events will be held on Friday, April 22nd and Friday, June 17th. Whichever event you choose is guaranteed to be both fun and informative!

Can’t make it to an Admitted Student Day? No problem! You may contact your Department Representative via email to schedule a registration appointment. This appointment can take place on campus, or over the phone/through email. Registration appointments will be available starting in June.
