Brad Burkett Advances to Final Round


Brad Burkett, a Junior in Networking Technology and Library Student Employee, has advanced to the final international round of the Cisco Networking Academy 2012 NetRiders USA/Canada Post-Secondary Competition. The competition started with 944 students, and 94 have advanced to the final round.  

During the first two rounds, Brad completed 4 exams which contained multiple choice and simulations (packet tracer) tests.

Up to three top scores from each participating state and province have qualified to compete in the final round for one of four Study Trip Prizes to San Jose, California the week of January 27 – February 2, 2013, where they will join 13 other international NetRiders student winners from around the world to spend the week in Silicon Valley, visiting Cisco’s Headquarters and other Bay-area attractions. The final round will be held Friday, November 30th  at Highlands College. Brad’s instructor and exam proctor is Ed Metesh.  Congratulations Brad!
