Montana Tech hosts prospective students on campus every weekday during the academic year, except holidays and event days. Visits are scheduled Monday - Friday from 1:00 pm - 4:00 pm.

During your visit, you will meet with an admissions counselor, explore your financial aid options, and take a tour of campus with a current student.

Your visit may also include optional/extended sessions detailed below.

Based on your interests, the day follows this general schedule:

1:00 pm           - Check In

1:15 pm           - Financial Aid Overview

1:30 pm           - Tour of Campus

2:30 - 4:00 pm - Optional/Extended Sessions:

- Meet with a faculty member to discuss your academic area of interest**
- Extended Residence Hall Tour: During the standard tour, our guides will show you a room in our newest residence hall. If you would like to see rooms in our other two residence halls and meet with a Campus Life representative, opt in to this extended session.
- Discuss Veteran Benefits
- Learn About Disability Services
- Have your transfer transcript evaluated
- Highlands Campus Tour: If you are interested in a 2 year degree or certificate program and want to tour our Highlands College labs and facilities, start your day (at 11:00 AM) at Highlands Campus. If you are an Associate of Science student, you may want to see these facilities, but the majority of your classes will take place on Montana Tech's Campus.

To provide you with the best experience possible, we ask that you give us at least 5 days’ notice to arrange your visit. If you schedule with less than 5 days’ notice, we may not be able to arrange a faculty meeting or any additional meetings to personalize your visit.

**Please note that there are certain times during the year (i.e. finals week, summer, etc.) when faculty availability will be very limited and you may not be able to speak with a professor during your visit. If you do not indicate a major of interest in advance to your visit, we will not be able to accommodate a faculty meeting.
