Office 365 Transition –

Montana Tech will be migrating student email accounts to Office 365.  We expect to have all existing student accounts moved by the start of Fall semester 8/24/15. 

How do I access my email?

                You can access your email by clicking on the Campus e-mail login button above.  Provide your MTech username and password to login. 

Will my current email transfer to the Office 365 account?

                Yes.  If you have an existing account all email and content will be transferred to Office 365. 

Who do I contact if I have trouble with the Office 365 email transition or account?

                Please contact our helpdesk by emailing ctshelpdesk@mtech.edu or call 406-496-4244. 

When I sign-out of office 365 in a web browser, it signs me back in. Why?

                This is by design for machines on Campus. When you sign into a Campus machine, you are signed into your email account. To sign-out, simply logoff of the machine you are using.

I can’t access my OneDrive from my phone or device with the OneDrive app.

                Try accessing your OneDrive from a web browser first. This will initiate the creation of your OneDrive cloud storage. After creation, you should be able to use your phone or device app.

Site Maintenance Notice:

Every Sunday morning from 7:00am to 11:00am is reserved for non-routine maintenance on all Montana Tech Core Network Service Hosts. We reserve the right to, without prior notice, take down any service for maintenance during this time. Not all services (service hosts) are taken down each Sunday nor are they always unavailable for the full duration of the maintenance window, however ... You should still refrain from scheduling ANY critical work during this time.
