Teaching Assistant FERPA Procedure:
- For a student to be added as a Teaching Assistant, they must take the FERPA training course.
+ To request access to the take the FERPA training course, e-mail Katelyn McGee at: firstname.lastname@example.org
+All Teaching Assistant’s must pass the FERPA training course with a 100%.
+ Already passed FERPA and don’t have your certificate? Request a copy of your certificate from Katelyn McGee at: email@example.com
To be added as a Teaching Assistant you must provide the CTS Help Desk with a copy of your certificate indicating you have completed and passed the FERPA training course.
The student is responsible for forwarding their certificate to CTShelpdesk@mtech.edu.
Once the certificate of completion is received by the CTS Help Desk, the student will then be given access as a Non-Editing Teacher in the course requested by the instructor.
