Career Fair - 2nd Day Interviews

Printer Friendly PDF: 2nd Day Interviews

Thank you for your interest in participating in Career Fairs at Montana Tech. Join us to conduct face-to-face interviews the day after the Career Fair. Interviews will take place in the same location as the Career Fair where tables will be available for each recruiter.

If you plan to stay for 2nd Day Interviews it is important that an on-campus recruiting schedule be created with Career Services as soon as possible. Please create an on-campus recruiting schedule in DIGGERecruiting. Your interview schedule will be posted online to allow for students to request an interview ahead of time.

On the morning of the Career Fair you will be given your interview schedule. If you pre-screened and selected students ahead of time, the schedule will reflect student sign-ups as of the day before the Career Falr.  Use this sheet during the Career Fair to add students to your schedule. This will prevent double-booking interview times.

At the Career Fair, please give Career Services your sign-up sheet before you leave. Students are then added to the interview schedule in DIGGERecruiting and interview packets are made ahead of time and ready for you on the morning of your interviews. Interview packets include a resume for each student on your schedule who has registered with Career Services, as well as transcripts if you requested them in advance.

Again, if you plan to conduct 2nd Day Interviews, please contact Career Services BEFORE the Career Fair so that the interview schedule can be set-up ahead of time to let students know your organization will be staying to recruit.

Remember: On-campus recruiting schedules can be created any time during the academic year.

Please contact Career Services wtih any questions at or 406.496.4140.
