Montana Technological University will celebrate Indigenous Peoples’ Day 2020 on October 12, 2020, with various cultural and educational events. Traditional indigenous meals will be served at dinner in the Marcus Deli for the campus to enjoy.
The movie, The Spirit of Atatice, a documentary of the National Bison Range in Pablo, MT, will be shown in the Copper Lounge at noon. The first 25 faculty or staff who attend will be provided a free sack lunch.
Montana Tech will honor students and Sloan recipients, Kile Denny, Scott Morley, Erin McGowan, and Nicki O’Connell, at a reception at 3:00 p.m. in the Pintler Room, SUB. All are welcome to attend.
