Who We Are

Here at Montana Tech, we know students are at the heart of what we do. That's why we work to ensure they have access to our exceptional campus, activities, and programs, as is their civil right guaranteed by the Americans with Disabilities Act, Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act, and the Fair Housing Act. To ensure equal access, we collaborate with campus and community partners to provide reasonable accommodations to qualified students with disabilities. Such accommodations "level the playing field" by removing unnecessary barriers and are determined on a case-by-case basis by student's documentation and individual situation.
